- I have lost my "User name" or my "Password". What shall I do?
Go to this page and write the e-mail address you have used for your registration. Your login details info will be automatically e-mailed to this address.
- What is a "Mondoz"?
The Mondoz is the unit of value that gives you the possibility to buy some options in our games. You can cumulate your Mondoz without any limitation. To get more Mondoz, you need to go to this page.
- Can I win Mondoz?
Yes, our games give you the possibility to win Mondoz : MondoCuisto (Prize Contest), MondoZoo (7 Clouds Contest), etc. You can also exchange your winnings for Mondoz on this page.
- The €uro shown on the MondoBar, on top of the site page, what do they stand for?
The Euro amount corresponds to your winnings. Actually, you can win euro: affiliation, games...
- I have won a prize. Have the €uro been credited to my account!?
Normally, when you win a prize, its commercial value is credited to your account. You can directly receive €uro by asking a transfer!
- How can I spend my winnings??
You have two possibilities:
- Buy Mondoz at a preferential tariff on this page.
- Ask to have your €uro transferred (from 80€ up) on this page.
(caution: to receive your €uro, your bank account information needs to be configured on this page)
- I would like to have my winnings transferred. Are there any charges?
Two possible cases:
- You have an IBAN number and you are in the €uro zone:
Mondo Games assumes all the transfer-related charges. The reception of this transfer is normally free of charge; however, certain banks may require some additional charges that you have to take upon yourself. - You are not in the Euro zone:
The transfer will be effectuated at your charge. The sending bank and the receiving bank may charge a fee that you will have to assume. We strongly advise you to use accounts in the Euro zone, in order to prevent charges applicable to an eventual transfer. In any case, the commissions are transferred only if the minimum amount of 80€ has been reached.
- How long do I have to wait for the transfer of my payments?
The payments are processed within 5 working days after the request has been received.
- Can I tell my friends about MondoGames?
Yes, it is rather in your own interest to do so...! Actually, every person who will sign up for the site due to you, will generate winnings that will be credited to you any time s/he spends Mondoz! To learn more on how this system works, don't hesitate to check the pages related to the affiliation and promotion
- How can I validate my account?
In order to validate your account, you only have to affix your electronic signature by validating our Terms and Conditions, when you register.
- Do I have to send you a contract?
- I have affiliates and my stats are showing that I had received commissions yesterday. However, my winnings balance hasn't changed!
The commissions of the month (M) are calculated and credited to your account at the beginning of the following month (M+1). You can see them in your history of payments on this page.
- From what amount do you pay the commissions?
The payments by transfer are paid from an amount of 80.00 €. (It is important to bear in mind that your bank may charge a fee for the reception of a transfer.)
- I have some questions related to a particular game. Where can I find my answers?
Each game has its own FAQ. Do not hesitate to go to the game you are playing and consult its FAQ.
- I haven't found the answer to my question among these FAQ. What shall I do?
